My Monthly Stay Places filter vanished!

Anyone else have this happen to your Airbnb  account platform?  Now for a second time the Monthly Stay filter disappears!  My two listings are managed as Monthly Stay exclusively~ 30 day stay minimum.  So effectively my properties are not 'on the market' where my customers would search for them.  The first time it took a month to get fixed.  Cost me thousands.  Then  not long after I got a new reservation booked it mysteriously vanished again. I have been checking on my site  'switched to traveling ' mode every day for a month now. I keep track of where my listings show up in search pages, always trying to keep them on page one or two. And watching competition etc.  

Any tec savy hosts out there who can help me understand how this can happen?
