Hi 

I have recently jumped into this business and very excited about my journey. Need suggestions on my space and help in getting bookings as the responses are very low as of now. Please help

The Airbnb Overall Rating Standard is 4.8 your last Guest was unhappy and he really hurt your average.

Airbnb Search lowers your display ranking until at least the 4.8.

First thing I suggest do your due diligence when a request comes in because scammers look for your issue hoping you take a request you know is not your normal.

Use Airbnb Custom Discounts if the discount is 20% Airbnb will do some promotion.  Also good because I can discount 3 days but doesn't limit the Guest booking 7 days the remainder are regular price. The Airbnb Search gives a higher weight to something new in a listing.  Update your listing regularly.  Can be a big update or just reworded title just show active
