Has anyone stayed in a property managed by Pass the keys?

Hi Guys, 

Im new to Airbnb and about to book my first stay. It says that it's managed by Pass the Keys, and I wanted to see if anyone has any experience with them?

@Amy3489 it's a franchise and they allow those with no experience as a host to take on an area so it depends how good the franchisee is.

Personally I always avoid staying in a property managed by a management company

what are the reviews and ratings like ? 4.8 and above is what you should be looking for.

They managed my stay in Stafford and were brilliant. Really professional and helpful. But I can't vouch for other areas x

I stayed recently in an apartment in Twickenham managed by Susanpassthekeys and everything went smoothly, the instructions to check in/out were clear, the apartment was very clean and they were quite reactive upon any questions from my side.

Just stayed at a property that they manage. Very responsive in communication and came out to us same day when we were experiencing an issue in the property

It's almost as if Pass The Keys have been asking quests to come here and make positive comments 😀😀😀😂

That's interesting as I was invited to leave a review of my experience with them yesterday which led me to your post.

However,  what i have posted is my experience with them, albeit my only experience of them.

I have booked through other property management companies, also with positive experiences fortunately

On your profile it looks like you booked an actual stay with this company.

Can you perhaps explain to us how this company is sending guests here? Are they asking for a review and at the same time also asking you to reply to this post in the community center? Are they giving you a link and requesting a positive community center comment?

I booked through airbnb without reference to the management company.

Having stayed I left a review on airbnb about the property and our very positive experience. 

The management company then sent me a link to leave a review about them. Which I was happy to do. 

That brought me here and I saw the question. Obviously trying to help I answered the question and now seem to be getting quizzed.

So this will be my final response 😉

BTW, I have referred this back to the management company as it's inappropriate to provide a link into such a chat imo.

Thanks so much for clarifying . You are absolutely right correct @Clive160 

you leave a review about your stay by clicking on the link Airbnb shares with you to review your experience of the accommodation you stayed at .

The management company you booked through has been rather disingenuous by also asking you to review them on this community.  

sorry you feel you were being quizzed we couldn't understand why guests who booked with this management company were suddenly turning up to post reviews about them.

Hi, they managed my stay last week and were excellent.  Very professional and communicated with me from initial booking to day off my arrival.  I cannot fault them.

I thought the very attentive communication from Pass the Keys was helpful — nothing went wrong on our stay, but it felt as though we could have got help fairly quickly had it been needed
