There is a photograph related to me which is not me. How did that happen?

Hello @Carolyn882 

Are you referring to the photograph of a man's face that appears on this page by any chance?  It's not the same as the one that appears on your listing which is of an open view.  Most hosts put a personal photo of themselves so that guests know that their hosts really exists.

Your listing is live which means that anyone can book but in the amenities section there are very few items that have been ticked.  I'm sure there are many, many more that your house offers so go back to that section and see how you can improve on this very important part.

If you don't know the person in the photo and didn't upload it/it didn't come from your social media call Airbnb and ask them to fix it @Carolyn882
