Kiadó lakásunk árazása jelenleg úgy van beállítva, hogy tartalmaz egy alapösszeget, erre jön rá a /fő ár.

De így a gyerekekkel érkezőktől is felnőtt árat kérünk, ami nem megfelelő.

Please explain why you think it is not ideal to charge different prices for children and adults. For your 8-guest listing, you might consider adopting a more family-oriented pricing strategy. For example, you could set a base price for 3-4 guests and then add an additional charge for any guest above that number. Just something to consider.

Ha 4x2 felnőtt jön, akkor lehetne magasabb az ár, mert az több fizetésből tevődik össze. De ha mondjuk 3 vagy 4 felnőtt jön 4 gyerekkel, akkor az meg lehetne költség kímélôbb, mert azt kevesebben adják össze. Valahogy támogatnám a gyerekes szülőket.

If 4x2 adults come, the price could be higher, because it is made up of more payments. But if, say, 3 or 4 adults come with 4 children, it could be more cost-effective, because fewer people contribute. I would somehow support parents with children.

@Botond5 . Its admirable you want to subsidise those with kids but unfortunately Airbnb pricing does not allow this pricing differentiation (beyond under 2 free). 

Hosting costs need to consider bedding and linen usage, water (kids have baths) and electricity per person as well as general wear and tear and cleaning afterwards. In my experience kids as guests dont come out cheaper.

Best I can suggest is applying an average between what you want to charge each additional adult versus additional child to the extra per person rate beyond the base number as suggested by @Guy991
