I assume there is at least a path to the property ?

If not, how should future guest be able to reach it.......?

Your question is very general and we have no context to understand what kind of maintenance you mean.

Do you mean regular changeovers between guests, or tasks such as repairs, window cleaning, grass and garden work, fixing broken items, repainting and touching up small damages, and all the other jobs that need to be done regularly?

If you could give more background, you should receive some helpful answers.
