RV Camper Rentals 2025

Hi Community, 

I recently purchased an RV/Camper and was looking forward to list it under the property type "RV/Camper," but I noticed that Airbnb has shifted away from offering these experiences to guests as "RV/Camper"  is no longer listed under "Property Type" as a way guests can filter. Is this still something others are doing and how are you listing it on Airbnb? Have guests had a hard time finding your listing due to the changes? Any advice on how I can best promote and list my Camper? My camper is an Airstream and will be parked in my yard with a shared swimming pool area.

@Tina13270 You’re right — Airbnb recently streamlined its property type categories, and “RV/Camper” is no longer a dedicated filter. Many hosts with campers or Airstreams are now listing under “Tiny Home,” “Unique Stay,” or “Guesthouse” depending on amenities and setup.

Since your Airstream will be parked in your yard and guests can use the shared swimming pool, you could:

• Highlight the Airstream brand in your listing title (“Stay in a Classic Airstream with Pool Access”) so guests searching for unique stays will notice it.

• Use “Unique Stay” in your property type, then clearly describe in the first line that it’s a stationary RV/Camper experience.

• Add plenty of clear, eye-catching photos of the Airstream exterior, interior, and the pool area.

• Include relevant keywords in your description that guests might search for: “Airstream,” “RV stay,” “pool access,” “stationary camper,” etc.

You can also cross-promote on social media, local travel groups, and Instagram using hashtags like #AirstreamStay and #UniqueAirbnb to drive extra traffic.
