If you have several properties, is it possible to schedule automatic messages specific to each property and reservaation or do I need to do a generic message to cover all properties?
Hi @Sarita1, you can schedule them specific to listings. When you are in your inbox, click on scheduled messages and you will see the template, which is super easy to set up.
Love the scheduled messaging function. Wish that you could suspend it and keep the message there and reactivate it again when you want. Right now you have to delete it and type it all out again when you want to start them again. Reason to deactivate it for an upcoming guest is because they were in contact with you asking questions prior to the scheduled message and it would look weird that you are sending information that was already discussed before.
