Setting up amenities list

How do I uncheck an amenity?  It is shown on my listing with a line through it.  I do not want that shown.  How can I get rid of them?  When I go to the amenity section to uncheck it, it will not allow me.  It's either included or it's not once you make a selection.  Please help!

You can only set it to included or not included.

To my knowledge it is not possible to revert it to the initial state ("blank" , never touched)
