Hello Community,

I am lydia. I have been a host for over a year now and it has been a great experience, a learning curve. I became a super host in just 3 months because I had 5 star ratings. I love the support that Airbnb provides to hosts.  I also  had negative experiences, for instance, recently, just as my guests were coming in, there was a power outage in the city for two days. This was devastating. If you live in an estate where the use of generators is not possible, please share with the most affordable way to have sustainable electricity.
