Hi, wanted to pick your brain on this. I’m a homeowner renting out 2 rooms in my primary residence. Should I rent the separate or together? Keep in mind my house is 1,300 sqft and I like keeping the population low.

@Sheena131 rent them separately and then block one if you don't want too many people.
