Yes, you should definitely address it — if your home has the space to accommodate extra guests, then they absolutely need to be paid for.
It’s not fair for you to be taken advantage of, especially when you’ve priced your listing based on a set number of guests.
You can ask the guest to update the reservation to reflect the correct number of people without any hesitation.
Airbnb allows you to make a change request right within the same reservation — let me know if you’d like help with the steps to do that!
Also, I strongly recommend keeping things transparent and handling all extra guest payments directly through Airbnb, not in person.
That way, everything is documented properly and it helps avoid any confusion or issues later.
