I feel compelled to share my recent, incredibly disappointing experience with Evolve Management, as a cautionary tale for those considering their services. As a property owner, I entrusted Evolve Management to handle my property, only to discover their complete lack of concern for owners' best interests.
Despite charging guests for insurance, Evolve Management failed to cover any damages or provide additional cleaning services after a 30-day guest stay left my property in shambles. Broken banisters, curtain rods, missing blankets, stolen items, and damaged paintings were just a few issues, none of which were covered, despite the extra insurance charges.
Attempting to file a claim became a month-long nightmare, with constant runarounds until I contacted them directly. Shockingly, none of the damages were deemed reimbursable. Even after spending four days cleaning the property myself, taking time off work, and incurring expenses, Evolved Management refused any reimbursement, citing that owners cleaning their properties aren't eligible for compensation.
The disregard for my request to cancel reservations, leaving guests stranded during the holidays, highlighted their profit-first mentality. Evolved Management's actions prove they care little for property owners or guests, acting as money-driven vultures. Their corporate responses on the Better Business Bureau further expose their true nature.
If you value pride of ownership and wish to avoid financial losses, I strongly advise against entrusting your property to Evolved Management. Learn from my mistake – do your homework, read reviews, and choose a management company that genuinely cares about your property and its well-being.
