I live in California and have to accept support animals even though I do not accept pets. Guests are starting to not even tell me they bring pets and now my guests said the carpet smelled of pet urine. I am furious! I gladly accept service animals that are trained but a kitten is pushing the limits in my opinion. That happened in Spring. Now this. Very ridiculous.
