Tracking nights and earnings for tax purposes

Hello,

My wife and I have been hosting since September 2020.

We recently were informed by our county that we have an ocupancy tax we need to pay that is not covered by the Airbnb agreement.  Not a big deal it's 5% and there are allowances to reduce that a bit more.

My question is;

Do any of you have a easy way to track the number of nights rented in a month and the earnings?   I know BNB has the earnings spreadsheets.  Those spreadsheets track from date of payment and I need a per month total to submit to the county.

@Matthew1369 Go to your "Reservations" tab on Airbnb.com . Click on "Completed" and then "Export" and then "Download CSV file..." This will give you an excel spreadsheet with the information you need sorted by reservation start date.
