Hi @Sherelle4 😊,
Thank you for asking this here!
What kind of advice are you looking for exactly?
Since this is a pretty specific question, I’d recommend connecting with hosts in your area and asking in one of our 👉 Local Host Clubs.
Warm regards🌻,

Thank you for your reply- I have already made contact with co-host.
Absolutely, happy to help!
As someone with over five years of experience managing short-term rentals, I can tell you that success starts with a solid foundation:
1. Know Your Market:
Before listing, research your local area. Understand the demand, pricing trends, guest preferences, and competitor listings.
2. Create a Standout Listing:
High-quality, well-lit photos and a clear, compelling description are essential. Your listing should immediately show potential guests what makes your space special.
3. Optimize for Visibility:
Use SEO techniques in your title and description so your listing appears in more Airbnb and Vrbo searches. Strategic keywords really do matter.
4. Deliver 5-Star Experiences:
Guests remember small, thoughtful touches—cleanliness, fast responses, and helpful communication go a long way. Happy guests lead to great reviews and referrals.
5. Stay Consistent:
Update your calendar regularly, respond quickly to inquiries, and adjust pricing based on demand. Consistency is key to staying competitive.
If you're just starting or thinking of listing a property, I can help walk you through a step-by-step game plan tailored to your situation. Feel free to share more details—I’m here to help!
Hi @Peakpulse0
Hosts normally look for cohosts based in the listing area who have extensive experience as hosts themselves .
They look for cohosts who can be on hand locally as they are often remote owners .
if you want to set up a cohosting business why not start by hosting a room in your home so you can build knowledge through being a host yourself so you can build up expertise before trying to offer cohosting services to others in your location .
Thanks for the advice
