Dear guests, we weren"t able to host you for a couple of years and the reason were medical problems. We are so sorry for not respondind to all your messages. Now we are back and looking forward to be your host and hope to hear and see you soon.
Best regards
Seafront apartment Luna
Hello @Zoja3
Good to hear that your health problems are behind you now but if you want to message your guests to let them know, you'll need to do this via your Airbnb host account. You have posted on the Airbnb community center where hosts and guests can post any questions or issues they are facing so your old guests aren't going to see this!
Wishing you all the best for the upcoming season
Joëlle (host)
Thank you, I tried to do that but I didnt manage, can you tell me all the steps
Hello @Zoja3
Go onto the Airbnb booking site for your country and on the top right hand corner you'll see your profile picture with Host mode next to it. I'm doing this from my computer.
From your phone go onto theAirbnb app, and make sure you are in host mode to access your listing.
Once in host mode, you'll arrive on your listing and click on messages from the top bar of choices
You might have to click on the settings icon (sort of round wheel) to access any archived messages and then you'll need to send an individual message to each guest to let them know you're back in business!
Welcome back, @Zoja3 Seafront Apartment Luna! 🌟
So glad to hear that you're doing better and ready to host again. Life can bring unexpected challenges, and it's completely understandable that you needed to take time away — your health comes first.
Wishing you a smooth and joyful return to hosting! I’m sure your past and future guests will be excited to see you back. Looking forward to hearing more updates and success stories from your lovely seafront apartment.
All the best as you reopen your doors! 🏡✨
🫶 Let’s Support Zoja — A Brave Host Returning After a Health Battle 🙏❤️
Dear Airbnb Community, @Joelle43 @Alex @Elisa
Today, I read a message that deeply touched my heart — from Zoja, the host of Seafront Apartment Luna. After being away for a couple of years due to serious health issues, she is now back, full of hope and ready to welcome guests once again.
Zoja, welcome back. Your strength and resilience are inspiring. It takes incredible courage to return after facing such challenges, and we’re so happy to see you back in our community.
I come from a social work background in India, where I’ve learned the true value of community, empathy, and standing together — especially when someone among us needs a helping hand. That’s why I feel so strongly about this. Now is our time to show Zoja that she’s not alone.
🌿 How We Can Support Zoja:
If you receive a guest inquiry you can’t accommodate, please refer them to Zoja if they’re looking for a place in her area.
Like, comment, and share her listing or community posts — every bit of visibility helps.
Send her a kind message of encouragement — even a short note can lift someone’s spirits.
Share her apartment in your travel groups, WhatsApp networks, or social media circles.
Even a simple gesture from each of us can help Zoja restart her hosting journey with strength and support.
💞 Let’s All Join In:
I know there are many kind, generous people in this community.
Please share your thoughts, your support, or just a few kind words below.
Let’s create a ripple effect of care and encouragement.
Let’s remind each other — and the world — that Airbnb hosts are more than just listings.
We are a community. We are a family. And we rise by lifting others.
With warmth and solidarity,
@Elegant-Homes-Retreat0
