The offered space should be so aesthetically appealing and designed like a way it should make a memory in the visitors perspective. Should be clean enough as well. So curated space with well organised space interiors always appreciated by visitors.

I agree, to a certain extent (and this is my personal approach with my listings), but it depends on your market. Some hosts are marketing to budget travellers who just want low cost accommodation and don't care about aesthetics. Others are booking for the location and convenience to a particular event or activities and also don't care about the aesthetics. They want to get the best price for that location.
