๐Ÿก What's the One Addition to Your Listing That Guests Absolutely Love?

Hello fellow hosts! ๐Ÿ‘‹

I'm always looking for ways to enhance my guests' experience and would love to hear from this amazing community.

What's one specific feature, amenity, or personal touch you've added to your listing that guests consistently rave about?

It could be anythingโ€”from a cozy reading nook, a curated local guidebook, to a complimentary welcome basket. Sharing these insights can inspire us all to elevate our hosting game.

Looking forward to your stories and ideas!

I always pick the brains of my guests they give the best advice.

Shared living goes really well a few tips I have gotten over the years.

Not a formal dining room but with in my room a chair, a tv tray especially like woke up want coffee and no do not want to group participate yet. lol  Let me have coffee first.

Hooks in the bedroom for towel hanging if shared bathroom.  People like contro0l of their towel.

If keypad locks do not use person's cell phone number to create security code.  Other guests know ask for the number maybe innocently but now I know your code.

If you have guests that have Visas or Passports regularly a small safe in the room and a fireproof bag is cheap.

Put time controls on shared spaces especially if you don't live there.  People will think nothing of cooking their gourmet dish at 2 am.  Others don't like that haha.

Your listing is sort of economy luxury. It is a big room.

Ideas

One of those butler carts set up in each room a coffee or tea choices.  Luxury that a private coffee station to start my day.

A female and a male generic bathrobe.  Robes take up a lot of suitcase room and a quick run in a shared space for the bathroom a big plus.

Electric scent diffuser, the one I bought came with like 6 scents so they can choose scent if they want it.

Especially women have to sit to use a shared toilet, put a package of the disposable wipes sold for when you use public bathrooms.
