Ciao @Alex ,
I believe that the most important factor in making guests' stay memorable is to always be available to their every need through friendly and proactive communication.
At least this is what my guests appreciate most 😉

@Andrea6232 Yes, “I believe that creating a memorable guest experience begins with being readily available and attentive to their needs. My guests often mention how much they appreciate the warm, proactive communication throughout their stay.”
Hey @Snehal1!
Thank you for participating in the the conversation. 🤗 I'm happy to read how attentive you are with guests and from what you are saying , they really appreciate it. How long have you been hosting? 🏡
That's so impressive, @Snehal1! How's the experience going through the years? 🏡
Thank you for sharing @Andrea6232! 🤗
@Alex Guests want to feel certainty about their booking. So using quick, clear, happy, inspiring communication is key upfront, affirming they will enjoy their experience and stating something specific about their booking like, "Your kids will absolutely love the lake and especially the dock!"
Second, the home needs to feel like its theirs, not someone else's. Not too cluttered but with all amenities to ensure comfort and convenience.
That's such a great idea, @Judy1029! In fact, I'm sure kids love the lake! 🏊♂️ What would you say is your guests' favourite amenity?
Hello Alex and everyone in the Airbnb community
The most important to me is customer service . Always be available if needed . Go the extra mile to provide necessities to make them comfortable the minute they walk in. I treat my guests like I like to be treated. Be enthusiastic about your area. Think about what type of traveler comes to the area. Such as providing a place to lock up their bike or provide good reading light for those that love to read. Get some blackout curtains if you get traveling medical professionals in case they have the night shift. These are just a few examples. Provide a welcome basket of local goodies for them to try. I have been doing this so long hospitality is in my blood. Making other people smile is so rewarding. I made a commitment this year to actually go on local tours to experience what my guests do. Enjoy what you do best ! Have a blessed day!
To most important factor for me in helping my guest come stay and leave with a remarkable experience are :
1) I ask myself how I would love to be treated, communicated to, and what total experience would I expect if in the shoes of a guest. To take if further, before the guest arrives. I take time to revisit our conversation and see what I can do to tailor the welcoming of my guest to their individual purpose of visiting. For example, if the guest ever mention that are in town for their birthday celebration, I go out of my way to decorate the house , by them a birthday card or just a small cake.
2) I continued to follow up to see if there is a need or to generally just ask about their stay and if there is anything I can do to make their stay memorable.
3) Finally, I make sure I send them a message appreciating their choice of my property . So far, I have had happy guest .
