Where to add infant/child related amenities (Snoo bassinet, car seats)

I would like to add as an amenity the availability (for rental) of a Snoo bassinet, as well as child car seats. Those are not in the list of standard amenities. Where would you put them?

I supply a cot for free. Best you get legal advice before renting out a car seat because the law in NSW anyway is they must be fitted correctly. Airbnb will not cover you should thefe be an accident.
