I’ve been an Airbnb Superhost for more than 2 years, with consistently good reviews and around 70–80% occupancy.
The main challenge I’m facing is managing guest messages when I’m not available. I’m looking for an AI-based solution that can automatically reply to guests on my behalf, especially for common questions like check-in/check-out, availability, pricing, directions, amenities, cleaning, room service, etc.
Ideally, I’d like something that can understand the context of the guest’s message and respond naturally based on my property’s policies—not just send basic automated templates.
Has anyone here successfully used an AI guest messaging/auto-reply system for Airbnb or BnB?
