duplicate texts for same property

I have a fabulous listing perfect for usual times

I want to do a completely different text for now when Covid regulations are  in effect.  

But I want to save original to come back to when and if things get back to normal

II have in the past changed the text in my listing to correspond to different seasons 

But I want a separate listing for the same condo.  Does this make sense

another way to put it

I want to have two descriptions for the same condo to use alternatively 

Present listing is perfect but I need to ad things like covid regulations??

PS The condo is a ski area in Vermont nothing to do with my address at home

@Merrily2 I am not sure if you will be able to sync the calendars between two listings of the same property with Airbnb.

Why not just copy the text you plan to change into a word document and then replace it later. Bear in mind that the text in existence at the time of booking is what applies to a particular stay.
