hot tubs, I want to get one , my wife cant see the upside

Hello I have a large BNB and I want to spend more on a hot tub. My wife doesn't think its worth the money, but I have a 10 person stay so I think the groups would pay.

I have a hot tub in my garden in the historic center of Venice, and guests love it!

It was difficult to install because everything in Venice moves on water, but I can assure you it was worth it 😉

Have you looked into the maintenance involved @Haakon5 yes absolutely you will attract more guests but you need to decide whether the set up and ongoing costs are worth it .

I bought a foam wall hot tub it is cheaper to buy cheaper to heat and is loved by guests. why spend 12,000 when you can spend 1,200. And after a year if it is not working out just put it in your own back yard. Lay-Z-Spa Toronto AirJet Hot Tub

I don t have listing on airbnb with hot tub, but i can genuily suggest you to put down a description on instructions on how to use it and what Is forbidden to do.

For the rest Yes it s definitly a good plus for your beautiful property.
