split listing

I have a listing for a house that has two defferent appartements that I used to rent together. I want to split it into two, but retain the option of renting it together, any ideas?

@Katerina351 That would be 3 listings with linked calendars.

I asked for advice from the help desk and thwy did not mention this option. Can the different calenders be linked? Thank yoy for your time!
