I am new at Airbnb and I was suprised how successful it started, in the first days my ad had over 100 reviews a day, but sinc3 28.07 it show nothing anymore.

I looked up the ad, but it is online, I call support, they say, everything is ok, your ad is online.

Now I read, that it takes up to three days, that the data could be in the statistics.

Does anybody know, if this is the reason, why I don´t see any thing for the last 2 days.

I also had no conversation the last 2 days.

I guess it was 100 views a day.... actually you have no reviews (yet)

There is a delay in the statistics for 1 or 2 days.

You can easily check yourself if the ad is in the search system and under what conditions it shows up:

(If not, it gives a "no result")

The accommodation is in an higher pricing segment and it has the same price for 1 or 8 persons. Maybe make it also attractive for smaller groups and add extra fee for 7th and 8th guest

Some remarks:

there is information missing in the listing:

- No description

- No check-out time

- Sleeping arrangements show no  bedrooms

Other:

Only 5% weekly discount

Consider to add a security deposit
