Hello everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone knows why my ad might not appear when I search in my area.

The strange thing is that it was rented in February, but now I'm looking for it and can't find it... the question is whether the visibility of the listings can be improved

There are 2 listings, which one are you worried about?

The best way to check whether it's active in search, is to search as a guest and zoom closely on the map after you've entered dates that you know are available. If you can see it there but it doesn't show when you search your town name, it's active but just not ranking well.

The overall star rating does have an impact on where a listing ranks in a particular search, along with a number of other factors. Here's how Airbnb explains it:

You can test where your listing ranks in different searches (when you're logged out) and see if you can make some changes to the things mentioned in the help article to rank higher. Lowering the price is often a good way to rank better.
