Im trying to take account of covid lockdown losses and also through the recent ate,mpts to negotiate refunds and generally take stock of the history of reservations where changes have been made. im frustrated by the dynamic way that details do not remain visible in a normal bookkeeping sort of way ie an amount is paid, or committed to, that stays on line one, then an adjustment is added as a second line item giving a new balance etc. So when i look at old cancelled bookings all money fields show as $0. The only record i have is the original email. I can search those but im wondering if there is any more efficient way to get a more historically true analysis of transactions that have taken place on the app?
