New property to be listed but located in different address

Hello everyone. I have  a new property to be listed at airbnb. It's not mine but I manage it. I have my own property listed here. My question is, shall I put the listing in my page or shall I make a new one especially for this new property?  Meaning I have to create a new profile of me. Please tell me your suggestions.

if you create a new profile and you stop to manage the other property, the owner will keep the reviews (if you accept to give him the profil and the password)

if you do not create a new profile, it is easier to manage because it is the same email and if you stop to manage, the owner will have to create a profil and  to list his property as a new listing.
He looses the reviews but if he changes the decoration , he can ask Airbnb to do new pictures with the improvements.
