Ich habe am Samstag aif ein Inserat auf  http://www.immobilienscout24.de geantwortet, die nicht mehr auf diese Webseite ist:

Emil-Janßen-Straße 42 , 22307 Hamburg, Barmbek-Nord

Eine bestimmte Frau Rosella Orlando hat mir per email geantwortet sie wäre eine Architekt, die jetzt in London wohnt und die ihre Wohnung in HAM vermietet.
Nach einigen Emails, sagt sie, sie würde Ihre Wohnung über Airbnb vermieten. Diese Wohnung ist auf Airbnb nicht zu finden.
Bitte herunter finden, was sie von mir erwartet, ich frage mich, ob es ein Betrug wäre, weil ich niemals gehöt habe, Airbnb würde die Schlüssel zu den Vermietern schicken:

After I will receive this information I will start the transaction with Airbnb.
Airbnb will check the rental documents to see if everything is OK and also the legal papers that will come along with the Keys.
After the documents are signed they will send you an email notification to let you know that they have the Keys and the papers in their custody.
Along with this notification you will receive the Airbnb payment details in order to send them the money for the first 2 months of rent (800.00 €) so they can send the envelope with the contract and Keys.
After you make the payment, you will have to send them the proof of payment in order to verify the information of payment.
Once the money are received by Airbnb they will deliver the envelope to your address.
Airbnb will hold the money until you will confirm to them that you like the apartment and keep the keys.
After you receive the envelope with documents and keys, you will go and check the apartment and in maximum 3 days you must contact them and tell them if you keep the apartment or not.
If everything is in order and you want to keep the apartment, Airbnb will manage the monthly rents.
If you don't like the apartment they will return you the money and then you will send them the keys and the contract.
I wait your email with your information to go at the Airbnb and do the documents.

Haben Sie bei Airbnb diese Person als Vermieterin?
Ist es wahr, daß Airbnb jetzt die Schlüssel von den Wohnungen mit Mietverträgen an die Mieter schickt?

Hallo Thierry, hast Du jemals ein Feebdack darauf bekommen bzw. die Wohnung in Hamburg abgemietet? In München wird derzeit über Rosella ebenfalls eine Wohnung mit dem selben Handling über airbnb angeboten und ich bin ehrlich auch ein wenig skeptisch. Ich würde mich riesig über eine Antwort von Dir freuen. Lieben Dank voraus!

Die "Dame" bietet zu den gleichen Bedingungen derzeit auch eine Wohnung in Frankfurt an. Scheint eine neue Masche zu sein.  Ein gewisser "Andreeas Schneider" aus Rom, der allerdings kein Deutsch spricht , bietet - angeblich auch über Airbnb - ebenfalls eine günstige Wohnung zu dubiosen Bedingungen an.

Halo, ich habe ebenso von der selben Dame eben dieselbe antwort für eine wohnung in frankfurt bekommen. Wissen sie schon was neues ob es ein betrug ist oder nicht? Würde mich über eine antwort sehr freuen.
