You’ve told us that the Reservations List is an important tool for managing your listing on Airbnb, so we want to make sure it has the functionality you need. We asked hosts in the Community Center how you use the Reservations List and what improvements you’d like to see. Then we redesigned the page from the ground up, incorporating some of your feedback.
Here are some of the improvements you can expect:
Easier access: Many of you told us that the Reservations List had become difficult to find. To address this, we added a direct link to the main navigation at the top of your page (to the right of Inbox). Now, you can access your reservations anytime, without having to bookmark the page.
Better navigation: As we added information to the Reservations List over the years, it became difficult to scan quickly for the details you wanted. So we moved some of the information around to make the page cleaner and more intuitive.
The most important information is listed in the columns. Click the Details button in the right column to open a full-page view of the reservation, including the payout breakdown, additional guests (if applicable), cancellation policy, and more. We also redesigned the page to be more printer-friendly so that your downloadable reports are easier to read.
Sort and filter functions: We added sort and filter capabilities to give you more ways to view your list of reservations. You can now view your reservations by Upcoming or All, as well as sort by booked dates. We’ll continue to add sorting and filtering functionality, so watch for more updates.
Downloadable Reservations List: Your Reservations List is now more portable. By popular demand, we’ve introduced a brand new export functionality. Now you can export your entire Reservations List as a comma-separated values (CSV) file, which you can open in Excel or another spreadsheet app.
More accessible calendar syncing: The calendar syncing function is now easier to find under the Export menu in the upper right of your Reservations List. You can export your reservations to any calendar that uses the iCalendar format, such as Google Calendar.
Consolidated follow-up menu: You still have all of the follow-up actions available that you can take on a specific reservation, including Call, Email, or Cancel. We moved these functions to a submenu that you can access by clicking the three dots to the right of the Details button. On this menu you’ll also find the reservation number and VAT invoices (if applicable), so that they’re always easily on hand.
Ongoing feedback: We want your continued input so that we can keep improving the Reservations List, so we included a feedback module on the page. You can submit your ideas anytime for making the Reservations List even more powerful.

Is it possible to make a search feature to search names or reservation #'s?
I like the new Reservations List as well. Have to agree with Eve tho' that the typeface is too light and is difficult to read (especially for those of us with old eyes). Printouts on an inexpensive printer aren't great either.

PLEASE INCLUDE THE REQUEST FOR ADDITONAL $$ in the reservation page.
Also, when we reconcile we have a pain point. All the description says is Resoluion Payout. Please include name and airbnb reservation id as well.
When are you going to have a separate line for taxes. We collect taxes here in the USA

It would be good if travellers could search a place to stay by using the name of a unit for example "Primrose Cottage in Stellenbosch South Africa". There are many family and friends who would like to book a particular host's accommodation but it's just about impossible to find the place easily.
Love the changes. No one knows better what the page should look like than the hosts using them daily. Thanks for listening, Airbnb.
I like the addition of the CSV. This will make it easier to download and update our records for tax purposes.
I love being able to see all reservations. A glance gives me the information needed and sorting by date is convenient.
Next, can you do something about "help" section? When I need information that I can't quiet remember regarding hosting I have to scroll through both hosting and traveling to find my need. A good example is how to handle a guest who damages property.

I notice that several hosts have mentioned that they are unable to go directly to the message pg. from the reservation list This is incorrect. There are actually two ways to go directly to the message pg. for a reservation. Either click on DETAILS for the rez and the itinerary will pop up. There is a "message" link under the guest's picture. Or go to the three dots to the right of Details & click. There is a drop down menu that has several options. One is "message." Very quick & easy:)
Thank you frothe upgraded reservation list facility. I looked up one reservation to check to see what the client receives. I cannot find the Self chcek in details anywhere. Do I not see exactly what the guests receives when they book?
The image feature was far more personel! In the space of 10 days we had three different David's/Daves booking our rooms, the image feature would have made it far easier to locate the correct guest. The image feature also helped with security so you new who to expect at your front door! Frankly the surname/last name/family name is of little importance as I am sure hosts/guests are on first name basis. PLEASE, please, please bring the image feature back.
I still find that the overall changes made previously have made the webste much more difficult to navigate,as opposed to 2/3 years ago.I also want to add here that the non-availability of a contact besides a computer re any issues one may encounter is an extremely problematic aspect of working withe Airbnb-hence this post,as I don't know where else to voice this opinion.
Hi airbnb, i just wondering is possible to have separate account payment for each list?
for example for Apartment A pay to bank account A and appartment B to bank account B?
