Golpe Usando o nome do AirBNB

Boa tarde a todos! Encontrei um anuncio de locação de um apartamento no ImóvelWeb, um apto no broklin, um bom apartamento. A pessoa está alugando direto, porém há "boi na linha"... A pessoa, que se entitula Sara *** - ***, diz que usa o airbnb para realizar as transações, pois está na Irlanda. Passei meus dados, os dados básicos, nada de importante e hoje, recebi um e-mail com a aparência do airbnb mas, pedindo para realizar um depósito de R$ 3200, para que eu possa marcar uma visita no imóvel com um representante do airbnb portador de um contrato de locação! Segundo a Sara, eu não seria obrigado a ficar com a locação, e caso eu desistisse, o "airbnb" devolveria meu dinheiro na hora! Então pessoal, cheira ou não cheira golpe?
