Late check in price

Hello, 

have sent a request to modify the price of the reservation P2TQAX. The request was refused by the Guest. Arrivals after 20:00 have price of 30€. It is explict at the list. Guest arrived at 20:10 though we were noticed that  landing time was by 18:30.  That has made us wait and wait.  If had an update about landing time wouldn't be requiring. Landing at 18:30 gives is more than time to arrive before 20:00. Our time after 20:00 is private time. We receive Guest 24h per day and this our price to be present after 20:00. 

Now i have went to the resiolution center but i wish to talk with Airbnb so that Airbnb can charge the price to the Guest.
