Good morning, my name at AirBnb is Ms Cindy Green. I had a guest during Carnival times called Yukiko Nieves, from Feb 06 to Feb 13. On Feb 12 she decided to go to Fernando de Noronha and following the instructions given by Airbnb to treat and make the best we can to fufill the guest desires I helped her with the trip. Her cel phone was japanese so she couldn´t make any calls nor to pay the aereal ticket nor to book a place to stay. She said she will pay for my phone bill when it arrived on the 7th of March. The bill arrived, I send her the picture of it and she said she would not payed. I ask Airbnb to intermediate the negociatian in order to have her stick to the agreement with me. I send the pictures to Airbnb of: total amout of the thephone bill, I photographed in zoom each call for each hotel ,and also in PDF I also send the Aerial ticket from the company called Gol with her name as the passanger and my name and phone number on the bottom of it.
The total minutes of the calls was 639 minutes which cost me almost her staying in my house.
Can I count with the help of somebody inside AirBnB to help me making this lady pay me what she promised ?
