Rates

I am new to AIRBNB. My cottage in the Bahamas is available as a 1,2,3 or 4 bedroom/bathroom configuration.  Different rates should apply for each configuration. Do I need 4 different listings?

@Russell112  Actually you should have 5 one that list all 4 together to attract a larger crowd and 1 for each room. Then you link the listings, so you do not double book.
