Temos tentado ver o meu anúncio e não se consegue. O que se faz. Se vê outros na área mas não o meu.

I had a group of 8 people in my house. They turned out to be the double (at least). The amount of trouble they caused was unimaginable. Banging doors, arriving late and making noise even though they knew that there were other guests, braking lots of stuff (glass of the fridge, ashtrays, lounge chair), filthy kitchen, ruining a wall of a bedroom, and so on.
I filled a complaint via Airbnb, filled the form of the Host Guarantee, put some of the pictures I naivly took, couldn't put more pictures because of the form wouldn't upload and this is the answer (see image).
Not only did the guests left avoiding responsibility but also did Aribnb. Insinuating things and only paying the security deposit of the guest. Nothing more. So be careful, this so called Host Guarante is not a guarante of anything and it doesn't help us hosts cover the losses we have with Airbnb guests.
