Why is Airbnb late in paying me this time?

Had our first long term booking, and quite looking forward to a decent payout. First was disappointed to hear they would only release the payment monthly, and now today, when the payment is due, no payment has arrived.. Is this normal? We have been Airbnb hosts and keen Airbnb guests for 4 years, and are used to the normal delay in payment ( occasional delays over the 24 hours, not sure why) but in this case it will form a significant part of our cash flow for the month.. end of whinge.. ( hopefully) !!

Well, first, long term bookings are paid 1 month in advance after the first month...that is their policy.

"When payment is due..." What does it show when you click on Transaction History? Is this reservation shown there? If so, what happens when you click "View Status?" ie: is the "estimated deposit" date passed already?
