japan new laws regarding airbnb

How can I make sure that my host is really certified to have us as a guest?
In one airbnb post they say that the Japanese license number should be in the property advertise but I couldn't find it anywhere. Nevertheless my host says he got the license.

Can you help me on this? I would like somebody from airbnb to confirm that this host is really licensed.
