Hi:

I want to send a special offer to a guest that is interested in staying in my place but tne calendar seems to be full because I have airbnb confirming the identity of another guest interested in the same dates. The problem is that the second guest has 12 hours to book and it is for today. I might loose both of them because I cannot accept the first one interested. What can I do?

I recommend you to send a message for the first interested informing him that he must decide quickly because you have another person interested. If he doesn´t confirm his identity in one hour, I suggest you to call the support to guide you for the best way.

Thanks for your reply.

I will need all the luck because I can't contact either the first interested or airbnb, this last one is like a ghost. They are never there when we need it. They only contact us, or give us an answer when any problem happens with a guest. We hosts are in second plan. Never in first.

Now I lost both bookings and nobody seems to care.

It does not happen frequently (thanks God!). Anyway I so sorry for your situation. I have excellent attention by Airbnb. Maybe you need to contact the right channel for any solution. Here we have a phone number that help us a lot.
