Hello nice people,
We're new to airbnb system. We've tried to list 2 rooms from 6 rooms that we have.
We have created 3 listing for each room and people who want to book 2 rooms at once
What i am confused seems i can't find my place although I already have search my town, Malang City
then put 2 people stay.
I only find one of my listing after i put dau, malang in my search box.
Please anyone help would be appreciated.
Thanks
I agree with you. When I put in Dau Melang, 2 guests and when I put in Kecamatan, Dau, 2 guests I find your "Guest Suite" listing right at the top. The other 2 listings I can't find on the first 10 pages (also not when I try 4 guests for the one that sleeps 4).
Your cancellation policies are flexible and your minimum stay seems to be 1 night, so that's not the problem.
I looked at a one-night booking on all 3 listings and the Guest Suite that shows at the top of the results is the cheapest for me to book. So (unfortunately for you!) I think the obvious thing to change would be to lower the price of the other 2 ...
If I were you, I'd experiment with putting in lower prices just to see what happens in the search results (only for the 2 listings that don't show up well). You don't have to keep the price low and actually take bookings at a really low rate, but it will help you understand how the rate affects the ranking. Hope it helps!
Hi @Shelley159 thanks for the reply and your concern.
Yes, its bit confusing. I will try your feedback though.
Hi @Awani-Admin0,
Congratulations on your new Airbnb journey, though I'm sorry you're running into some challenges with your new listings!
Did you get a chance to try out Shelley's advice since you last posted here? Did you manage to get this resolved?
Let us know how you're getting on. 🙂
Thanks,
Emilie
