I have had an Airbnb experience listed for 5 years now, with 296 outstanding reviews, ranked 4.93.
After Airbnb updated their platform.
They changed the title of my experience.
They in the section .
What you'll do they have added 3 places of which we do not visit at all.
They have not mentioned what so ever about the dinner we offer or the vegetarian or vegan options.
They did not mention that our guests have a choice of beer wine or cider, and that our guests receive 5 drinks each, they did not mention the 2 shots we give our guests.
They did not mention the paid Uber taxi home.
If I were to look at my page now I would not book it.
This is my bread and butter, I have 2 young children and a hefty mortgage.
This is killing my spirit.
I cannot get any resolve , just call center agents in the Philippines passing me from pillar to post.
Why in the name of God would you try to fix something that is not broken.
They take 20% commission which is ok.
But where is the support when needed.
I run an alternative bar tour in the art district of Prague.
There is not even a description of the places I take my guests.
I believe that somehow all of this is ai gone wrong.
This can not a person responsible for this unimaginable glitch.
Don't the top managers, the CEO's who earn hundreds of millions of dollars not have a responsibility to us their hosts to make this right.
They surely won't have any problems with their mortgage payments.
Please can someone offer some advise.
