1. The Guest Access section could be made a bit clearer and shorter, just clearly saying guests have full private access to the villa, pool, garden, and courtyard.
2. The Other things to note - section has good information, but the tone feels a little strict for international guests. Softening the wording can make guests feel more comfortable before booking.
3. The COVID related text feels a bit outdated now. Maybe replace it with a simple line about high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
4. Local rules are important, but mentioning specific law numbers and strong wording might scare some guests. A short, general note about respecting local laws usually works better.
5. You could also add a quick line about who the villa is perfect for (families, couples, private groups, relaxing holidays).
6. The property has really good
potential. With a few wording tweaks and strong photos, I am sure it will perform even better.
