I want to know if my listing is ok because I have not received clients for quit sometime now

You published two listings, but it seems to me they are duplicates of each other.

1 of them has the special offer for new listings on it.

If they are about same accomodation, better remove one to avoid confusing and double bookings.

Also check if all amenties are listed, the older listings says: no hot water and no esentials.

Don't lose heart, Joy! As a host running a property for the last 7 years, I use this quick checklist whenever my bookings slow down:                                                                                                      

• Tweak Your Calendar Daily: Simply logging in and changing your price by a tiny amount signals to Airbnb's algorithm that your listing is highly active, which boosts your search rank.
• Update Your Cover Photo: Your main photo is your storefront. Swapping it for a brighter, different angle can instantly increase clicks from browsing guests.
• Check Local Pricing: Look at nearby competitors. If it’s your local low season, dropping your base rate slightly or adding a weekly discount can kickstart booking momentum.
• Enable Instant Book: Airbnb heavily prioritizes Instant Book listings in default search results.

I’d be happy to take a look at it. From what I can see in the screenshot, there are a few things I’d check beyond just the photos;  your pricing setup, listing visibility, availability/calendar, and how the listing is positioned compared with similar properties in Ongata Rongai.

I also noticed what looks like there may be more than one listing for the same property. If that’s the case, it would be worth checking how the two listings are set up and whether they could be affecting your visibility.
