About the Apartment at Upper Level

We own a single-family home with two levels, lower and upper level. We are a family of 3 and live in the lower level. We remodeled the upper level and got a setup for AirB&B. The upper level has its own separate entrance with easy access.

The apartment at the upper level has 1 and a half bedrooms. Guests can book either the 1 bedroom or the 1 and a half bedrooms. Your booking will determine which one you prefer. The apartment has a remodeled bathroom, brand new kitchen, new furniture, 2 closets, air conditioners in the rooms, and living room. The kitchen, dining area and living room are in the same space with extra space. We have free wifi and will turn on Netflix upon request.

We are new in the business and looking for steady guests with long-term potential.  Doctors, nurses, professional and working guests will be preferable.

We are working on setting up cameras in the outside surrounding of the house and keyless locks. These are not available but will be added soon.

Thank you for your concerns and glad you're asking about  me setting up cameras around my building.  That was not recommended and I think it is for safety. Do you have any objection?

Be sure you disclose on the listing that you live on the bottom floor and that some spaces are shared (driveway? yard?). The listing says you don't have a smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector? I would get those ASAP and add to your amenities list.

Missing Amenities

A listing like this usually has about 50 amenities and you are only showing 7? You need to add/edit your Amenities List on the Listing Editor. Airbnb is saying you don't offer hot water, AC, Essentials (TP, towels, sheets) etc:

1/2 Bedroom?

What do you mean by a 1/2 bedroom?
