Abusive neighbour

I am a host of a 3x2 bedroom house.

I have a problem with a verbally abusive neighbor that will come up to my driveway for no reason and start yelling and cursing at guests for just being there.

No noise or large gatherings from my guests as I do have external cameras that everyone is aware of and can see everything that happens.

I have tried to have a quiet conversation with this neighbor but was yelled at to leave his property. 

Unsure how to proceed.

We have just experienced the same kind of behavior from a neighbor to our guests and not sure how to assist you.   Our guest reacted in an unruly manner, as well.

These kinds of situations usually do not have amicable solutions because you are dealing with basic human nature; in this case your neighbor is an ogre, no amount of placating is going to change that. Calling the referees (local authority) is the solution and ask only to be left alone, nothing more and  certainly not too much to ask.
