My Airbnb account has been suspended for more than two weeks now, and I have yet to receive a clear explanation. Despite contacting support every single day for the past 17 days, I have been given the same response: that my issue has been escalated, and someone will call me within the day.
Well, it’s been 17 days without any phone call, and no resolution in sight.
This is extremely frustrating, as I have not been given any answers, and it seems like my case is being ignored. I’ve always trusted Airbnb, but this lack of communication and support is deeply disappointing.
