I'm not sure if this is the good place to post this, but I'm looking for advice about an issue that has been a huge burden for the last two months.
My account has been under verification for the last two months. After providing all the required documents (id, and all sorts of admin docs), the process is still ongoing.
This is a huge issue as my listings have been suspended and I can't receive customers' requests anymore.
The Airbnb support has been completely unable to help so far. I talked on the phone and through the discussion tool to a dozen of persons already. There is never any follow-up when I talk to someone. They always tell that they'll get back to me and nothing happens.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Do you have suggestions on how to proceed to solve this quickly? A specific service I should contact?
