hi I wanna help to complete adding my new room and Alaqeeq Riyadh,

said to me it is not available in the area.

but there are another apartments around in the same area and AIRBNB

What’s the problem?

And how can I solve it? Thanks

Are there STR regulations in your area ? Do you therefore need a licence to operate? 

If not, best to give Airbnb a call and ask them .
