Hi @Afroz4
I think it's very temporary - it looks like you were just unlucky. You happened to get one very difficult guest early on. Because you're new and you have so few reviews, this one-star review has dragged down your overall score and your sub-category ratings. The guest favourite ranking system is now putting you in the bottom 10% in your area, but guest favourite is very heavily focussed on recent reviews.
As you get some more 5-star reviews, your average will rise quickly (because every review still has a big impact) and guest favourite will focus on the newer reviews more.
You're actually doing very well except for this one negative guest. Your main problem right now is to get bookings so you can get good ratings and move on from the bad review.
You will probably have to run some specials to convince people to book the place in March and April. A lower price will help your listing to show better in search results, and hopefully guests will click it and see the place. Free cancellation (even if it's just temporary) could also help to get your listing to show up more.
The unhappy guest's main complaint was the kitchen. If you worry that it really is small, you could describe it in the listing as a small kitchen with basic cooking equipment (or even change the classification from "full kitchen" to "kitchenette", but I'm not sure if that's necessary). If you feel that there may be some basics (things that your competition supply) that you can add to make it more complete, you should consider it. I see that you've already added to your description that it's suitable for "light to moderate cooking", which sounds good. It's probably unlikely that you'll get another guest who specifically wants some sort of specialised grinder 😀
You could perhaps take more photos of the kitchen. This is just because for the next few bookings, people are going to see the negative review, and they will look for some comfort that the kitchen is fully equipped and proper.
The only other thing you could do, is just go over the full list of possible amenities again. Make sure you've ticked everything that's applicable. This could also help your listing to rank higher in search. Your focus should just be on getting back on track after the difficult guest - good luck!
