Hello,
I started hosting for the first time in November. I signed up via the refferal link of the co-host of my listing and neither of us received the $10 or $130 credit that was promised. We have hosted nearly 20 people all with 5 star reviews.
I've contacted support and they just take me on loop saying there was an error and they can't fix it etc. What should I do? I'm sick of wasting my time texting with a 'Cusfomer Service Supervisor'. At this point it's not even about the money, it's about the principle of the company not taking care of it's hosts. I've loved hosting and plan to build this into a big business but this was a really disappointing setback....

I agree that it is about ABB not taking care of the hosts!! After all, they would be nothing without us.
